Taking Full Responsibility For Myself 🌻

Only I can decide what to think, feel, say and do. No one else.

It all starts from within. Choosing with awareness, what I allow in my space. Not just what I say or do, but also what I think and feel.

Taking full responsibility for myself – the only one I can take full responsibility for- means to cleanse my mind from toxic energies, toxic thoughts. Allowing only positive to occupy my space inside out. Through practice, awareness and discipline with patience and perserverance.  This is part of how I choose to create happiness, joy and harmony in my life. Both for myself and for others around me, because if I am not happy I affect others around me with my energy. Polluting their space with my energy, which I am not interested in doing.

I choose to take full responsibility for myself and live a happy life πŸ˜ƒπŸŒˆπŸ’šπŸ’›πŸŒ»πŸŒŸπŸ™πŸ»

Empower Your Self

Why do we look for answers outside of ourselves when we have it all inside of us?

Getting empowered, becoming more aware of oneself, having more knowledge on how to process our own stuff in order to reach mastery, we still at times forget to listen within Β and trust our selves. Instead of remembering that we don’t really need any other guru than ourselves we still tend to go on the outside and hand our power over to others.

We can get valuable information, inspiration and knowledge from others, but we don’t have to buy into anything and everything. With both feet on the ground and a great portion of discernment we can stand in our own power, humbly being our own guru, leading our lives as the example we wish to see in the world.

The power we have as individuals is often forgotten or even unknown to many. It’s time to remember who we are and take our power back fully to be the guru we all are.

The Hopi Life Path

We have so much to learn from the indigenous people around the world. Native Americans are very close to my heart and these Youtube clips are about the 2 different life paths according to the Hopi people.

It is time for us to rise up together as One and choose our path in service of Mother Earth and all of humanity.

The Healer’s Disease

There is one thing that many healers have in common: the drive to heal others is greater than the individual’s need or want for healing from that specific healer or in general.

Some people just don’t want me or anyone else to help them, even if I could and even if I believe that I really am able to.

To always ask for permission before helping others and to only help if help is asked for is fundamental. To me it’s a matter of basic integrity and free will based choice.

But so many healers (and therapists in general) don’t even recognize this and step over boundaries to help others, without asking for permission, just because they want to.

What is the driving force that wants us to help others even though help isn’t asked for or wanted? That is what we need to ask ourselves when we get into situations where we are turned down and judge another’s choice of not wanting help or assistance. The answer is often based on the lower ego wanting recognition and confirmation, being the saviour. Boosting the lower ego, low self-esteem and subconscious insecurities. That combined with poor boundaries and taking on too much responsibility which also is about reducing other peoples own power, making them small.

The most challenging part in this may be when it comes to family members. Eapecially as a parent with young adults. Where you still are the parent, but your child is of an age where your parenting is not to take over the full responsibility for your child, but more of a supportive character, coaching the young one into adulthood. If the young adult doesn’t want your help as a parent it should be respected as well as with everyone else, though it may be much morepainful than with other people. A basic question in that case would also to be if the parent is too involved and too close already to be the best choice in that kind of situation as well.

In any case: we always need permission in order to help others and we also need to accept and respect their choices. We don’t have the full picture. Maybe that soul has another path to go and I am not included in it. Or maybe I will be at an other point in time. .

I am good enough even if my help and assistance isn’t wanted.

It’s all good. 😊

Peace Inside Out

I’ve come to a point where the endless wars within me are coming to an end. Since everything on the outside is a reflection of what’s on the inside, we can always learn about ourselves by watching ourselves and our external world.

I am happy to say I’ve come to a point where my inner fight is getting peaced off. Finally. With a lot of effort put into working on myself, perservering and being patient. It is indeed paying off.

It is such a liberating and powerful experience to have come to the point where I am actually happy about noticing how it feels when others judge or attack me in different ways. I just feel happy to have been given the opportunity to forgive them for it.

And of course that would also be a reflection of something inside of me, being judged and attacked that is. By peacing it I therefor also  transform those parts of myself and transcend it.

I am so grateful for having this experienceβ£πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’š

Small actions with great impact

It’s often very easy to think about things and to talk about the
things that we think of. The step to go from thinking to taking action is many times bigger. Walking the talk and really practice what we preach is even more unusual and a step even further since it’s not just about taking action. It’s also about taking actions that are in alignment with what you say.

I used to be one of those who presented a lot of wise words but didn’t always live accordingly. Fortunately a very dear friend of mine dared to show me this. It resulted in my redrawing from the spritual field where I realized that I had seen myself as a kind of authority, but in many ways didn’t live and act according to what I said. I then decided to do what it would take to really walk the talk and not just talk.

Being aware is a key in this case and in life in general. A key in understanding who I am and if I really do the things I talk to others about doing as well. To take actions that are aligned with your words is one thing. That is part of being authentic. It takes awareness, a will to change and take action and then awareness to be able to see if the change had the effect that you wished for.

Taking action in itself is kind of interesting. What is really an action?

I used to think that taking action is all about taking big action, to do big things that everyone easily can notice. That is of course my view of it, a result of what I have experienced and how I view the world. The interesting thing is that I noticed and realized that there are so many ways to take action and that an action doesn’t always mean that you do things physically. An example of this is the action of active surrender. That is when you actively choose not to act but to surrender and don’t act. Leaving it all to Spirit. The action in that case is the active choice within not to act. So to me choices within yourself is also a kind of action. These choices then result in manifestations of different kinds in the 3D world, since we create our own world from within.
This has been a revolutionary insight for me which has been extremely helpful in putting my energy on the things that gives most effect. I’ve also come to realize and respect the subliminal world in a totally different way and the importance of details. The small things we choose to do and think has an immense effect on us, others and the lives we live.

Being kind to other people only be smiling to someone is an act of random kindness that has a great impact on the All as well as your own world. Doing small things to anyone in your everyday life just for the joy of it.

Small actions that adds up and helps both you and the receiver to feel well and something that also adds to the well-being of the whole planet since we are All One.

So, actions does not need to be big deeds to have great effect. Small things are important, but we often don’t realize what importance they have. πŸ™‚

Isn’t it beautiful to be a part of the big puzzle and to be able to contribute in small and very easy ways?

I for one love it. <3
