Being Human-kind

Taking Full Responsibility For Myself 🌻

Only I can decide what to think, feel, say and do. No one else.

It all starts from within. Choosing with awareness, what I allow in my space. Not just what I say or do, but also what I think and feel.

Taking full responsibility for myself – the only one I can take full responsibility for- means to cleanse my mind from toxic energies, toxic thoughts. Allowing only positive to occupy my space inside out. Through practice, awareness and discipline with patience and perserverance.  This is part of how I choose to create happiness, joy and harmony in my life. Both for myself and for others around me, because if I am not happy I affect others around me with my energy. Polluting their space with my energy, which I am not interested in doing.

I choose to take full responsibility for myself and live a happy life 😃🌈💚💛🌻🌟🙏🏻

The Kindness Advent Calendar 2016

There’s an awesome advent calendar that you can download from a page called “make today happy” (click on the link and you’ll be directed to it) It’s a random acts of kindness advent calendar with actions for each day until Christmas that are easy, quick and cheap.

I just love it!

It really catches the spirit of these times and I am going for this, starting today (since today is when I found it 😉 ) bringing in as many as possible.

See you in the kindness energy field! <3

The Importance of Walking The Talk

A very dear friend of mine helped me in a brutal, but profound way, about 10 years ago to see that I talked a lot of how things should be and not be, giving a lot of good advice, but not living it myself.

It was a bit shocking to begin with as I couldn’t really see it and accept it myself, but it was absolutely true. True and a turning point for me, since I realized how important it really is to walk my talk. It is important to me in my life and something that I really believe in. If I can’t walk my talk then I am not trustworthy. Words spoken are empty unless we live them.

Everything that manifests starts with a thought, but every thought isn’t taken into action.  And those thoughts that matters really needs to be reflected into manifested actions as well to follow through fully, which is why it is such a good thing to be aware of what we are thinking as well. Aware of what we are thinking and how that matches what we are actually saying and doing. Aware of what we are feeling as well. Awareness all in all is a basic key, as I see it. Awareness of Self first of all. Everything begins with the Self and comes from within. What is on the inside is reflected on the outside.

Part of being authentic is to walk my talk, to be authentic inside out. Getting there can be done in several ways. In my case it started with that brutal insight I described above, followed by a decision to change and follow through on my decision. Having full awareness of my thoughts, feelings, reactions on the inside to be able to consciously choose my actions accordingly. It may sound easy, but it has taken quite a while to do this fully, and I am still watching my lower ego carefully, monitoring myself every day, throughout the day  to make sure I stay true to this.

The more tricky parts can involve what is not on a conscious level, since it’s hidden. With practicing full awareness and using appropriate tools that resonate with who I am, I am able to have those parts of myself become visible on a conscious level as well.

What would those tools be then?

I follow and practice the work that is channeled by ascended Masters through Michelle Manders (michellemanders.com). I’ve done this since about 2009 and continue to do it, because it works, quite simply put. When I found her and her work back then I was extremely sceptic to channeled material, because there is so much low quality stuff out there. With trying out her channelings I was deeply and profoundly affected by it – undeniably – and with the teachings from these Masters ( Kuthumi-Agrippa and Mary Magdalene being two of them) It is high quality material.  I have had quite an awesome ride on my life journey, evolving as a spiritual human being in an amazing way I had never expected. These Masters have walked  on Earth and thus they know what we are facing. They are talking their walk, in the sense that they walked their talk when on earth and now they are teaching from that experience and perspective.  Michelle is a very skilled medieval astrologer, highly psychic with a lot of other skills in her back pocket as well. Check her and her work out if you are interested. There are live free channelings open for anyone interested if you want to try it on. You can also find free recordings and transcripts on her website.

So, I stick to my decision to walk my talk, because it resonates with me and who I want to be in this world, living in truth, being authentic. 🙂

How about you? 😉

How to Trust

When we deal with changing and shifting deep, old programming patience and perserverance is needed along with compassion with ourselves to be able to transform and transcend.
Trusting has been one of my greatest challenges. Still there are many different aspects to it. For me putting trust into trusting the process of coming to fully trusting works as a meta trust and helps me getting to the state of trust I intend for.

And so the journey continues  💚💜🎶🙏🏻

To be Special and Chosen

So many spiritual people have a desire to be “special” and a need to feel they are a “chosen one”.

Chosen to be whatever it might be, but most often chosen to be something more than anyone else, to be someone special.

Why is that? And what is that?

To me it’s just a lower ego desire. Something within me that isn’t happy and satisfied with just being who I am. A part of me that believes I am not good enough as I am, that I need to be “more” to be accepted and loved.

Why is it so hard to just love ourselves just the way we are and be happy with that? As I see it it is when we are able to accept all parts of ourselves – including the most “ugly” ones – that we find peace with ourselves. Peace and compassion which enables us to love ourselves just the way we are. Seeing and accepting that we are already special just the way we are. All of us.
When we get to that point we will not have to put any effort in finding that specialness outside of ourselves, but on the inside which also empowers us as individuals, because we don’t have to rely on someone else outside of us. It is all inside of us.

The part of being “a chosen one” is also interesting when you look on it. We are all unique with different gifts and talents and we all have a role to play in the whole scenery where our uniqueness fits perfect even if it isn’t always obvious to us and it may take a while to find that role. In that sense we are all chosen to play our different roles. No one is better than the other either. We are all needed and we are all perfect and beautiful.
We should also remember that we have all chosen to be here and be who we are before we incarnated. So in that sense we are all indeed chosen. Chosen by ourselves – not by anyone else. Which is also a view to consider when you wish to stay empowered within yourself. 🙂

Happiness Inside Out

When we realize that happiness comes from within we become free. Free from the expectations that someone else or something else outside of us are responsible for our own happiness. To me it all starts on the inside.

First of all the old saying “Man know thyself” is basic here. By knowing ourselves truly, honestly and fully we get to know what our needs are, where they come from, why we have them. Awareness is a big key in it all. Being aware of who we are, why we react like we do, why we act like we do based on our inner programming stored inside in the unconscious and subconscious as well as the conscious.

Extreme awareness of self, combined with detachement (the ability to step aside of myself and observe what is going on) is to me very powerful tools in getting to know myself in order for me to be able to see what is really going on. It also takes courage and brutal honesty with oneself, because what comes up is sometimes really shitty, ugly and far from light and can at times be extremely painful if there are deep wounds connected to it. Most of the times when the shit comes to the surface by daring to face it (and maybe first of all face the fact that it exists, no matter how “light” I am) you start the healing process just by facing it. When you face it you also accept it, which is an act of love in itself. Accept it and embrace it with compassion and grace most often is enough to transform it. Acceptance is then too a part of ending the civil war within myself when different parts of myself is at war. Ending that war gives me peace and harmony and that in turn makes me feel happy.

In order to ascend we need to descend, which is something spiritual people often won’t realize, because “being spiritual” is interpreted as being better and not having any inside shit.
I am not done with my shit yet, so I keep my awareness up and do what I can to take full responsibility of self to be happy, even if the way there is rough and painful at times, it is more than worth it! 🙂
