The Importance of Walking The Talk

A very dear friend of mine helped me in a brutal, but profound way, about 10 years ago to see that I talked a lot of how things should be and not be, giving a lot of good advice, but not living it myself.

It was a bit shocking to begin with as I couldn’t really see it and accept it myself, but it was absolutely true. True and a turning point for me, since I realized how important it really is to walk my talk. It is important to me in my life and something that I really believe in. If I can’t walk my talk then I am not trustworthy. Words spoken are empty unless we live them.

Everything that manifests starts with a thought, but every thought isn’t taken into action.  And those thoughts that matters really needs to be reflected into manifested actions as well to follow through fully, which is why it is such a good thing to be aware of what we are thinking as well. Aware of what we are thinking and how that matches what we are actually saying and doing. Aware of what we are feeling as well. Awareness all in all is a basic key, as I see it. Awareness of Self first of all. Everything begins with the Self and comes from within. What is on the inside is reflected on the outside.

Part of being authentic is to walk my talk, to be authentic inside out. Getting there can be done in several ways. In my case it started with that brutal insight I described above, followed by a decision to change and follow through on my decision. Having full awareness of my thoughts, feelings, reactions on the inside to be able to consciously choose my actions accordingly. It may sound easy, but it has taken quite a while to do this fully, and I am still watching my lower ego carefully, monitoring myself every day, throughout the day  to make sure I stay true to this.

The more tricky parts can involve what is not on a conscious level, since it’s hidden. With practicing full awareness and using appropriate tools that resonate with who I am, I am able to have those parts of myself become visible on a conscious level as well.

What would those tools be then?

I follow and practice the work that is channeled by ascended Masters through Michelle Manders (michellemanders.com). I’ve done this since about 2009 and continue to do it, because it works, quite simply put. When I found her and her work back then I was extremely sceptic to channeled material, because there is so much low quality stuff out there. With trying out her channelings I was deeply and profoundly affected by it – undeniably – and with the teachings from these Masters ( Kuthumi-Agrippa and Mary Magdalene being two of them) It is high quality material.  I have had quite an awesome ride on my life journey, evolving as a spiritual human being in an amazing way I had never expected. These Masters have walked  on Earth and thus they know what we are facing. They are talking their walk, in the sense that they walked their talk when on earth and now they are teaching from that experience and perspective.  Michelle is a very skilled medieval astrologer, highly psychic with a lot of other skills in her back pocket as well. Check her and her work out if you are interested. There are live free channelings open for anyone interested if you want to try it on. You can also find free recordings and transcripts on her website.

So, I stick to my decision to walk my talk, because it resonates with me and who I want to be in this world, living in truth, being authentic. 🙂

How about you? 😉

“The wisdom of the Bushmen and the history as such, is missing, and in many of the ancient cultures their true origin is not present within history, which is what has made it such a problem. The depiction in history is mainly about how they were deprived of their sacred lands, how the white man came in and took their space, as the white man did with the Native American Indians, the Aborigines and many other sacred cultures. Thus the Bushmen are the catalyst reviving the ancient truths by which they lived, similar to that of the Native American Indian and Aboriginal people. It is the collaboration with nature that is vital.

In all these cultures they mastered the ability to live in harmony with Mother Earth. Western civilisation completely annihilated that and labelled them barbaric or an unevolved system of humans who did not have the capacity to evolve intellectually and pushed them by the way, simply as waste. Now the so-called waste of the lands is bearing fruit; people are discovering that within the great waste lands many treasures have lain hidden, and it is their knowledge of the stars, therefore astronomy, as well as astrology, their connection with the animals of their environment and nature in its flora consciousness. This will prove to the western world how far they have regressed, even though technologically there has been a tremendous amount of synthetic progression.

“Coming back to Earth” is the key for humans, not only grounding yourselves back in your body by seeing that life is something that you are meant to live; an arena in which you have the opportunity to experience immense joy, but it is also the process of getting in touch with the Earth, and rebuilding that relationship; working in collaboration with Mother Earth rather than separating the two worlds resulting in a divorce of consciousness, a separation between Heaven and Earth, body and Spirit. It is even evident in the aspects of self where one does not feel in touch with other aspects of the self, so Bushmen are helping in the re-union of the original sacred origin within self; that reconnection to the stars.”

I find it very interesting and totally resonating with what I feel.

We have forgotten to listen to Mother Nature for too long and it is now time to change that. It is also time to honour and follow the example of the indigenous people living on Mother Earth.
It’s all kind of simple. Going back to Mother Nature is simple, but can yet be difficult as many other simple things. It is we that complicate things. We haven’t been trained to keep things simple. Rather the opposite.
Within simplicity lies the genious solutions as well. It is up to us to choose whether we will come back to Mother Nature or not.
I for sure wouldn’t be able to breathe without being close to her since she is my lungs. I feel totally at home when I am with her. <3

May you have a magical day full of natural blessings!

Revival of native people

20120821-082626.jpg

In the mid 80’s I bought a poster with a North American Indian chief on it. He looked proud, had a very straight back, wise eyes and leather like skin. There was a prophecy written on the bottom of the poster. I don’t remember the exact words, but it said that there would come a day when the white man would listen to the red man and that the red man would show the white man a way to live in peace and harmony with Spirit, Mother Earth and all who live here.

Native people around the world have been surpressed and minimalized for a very long time. Living close to nature is something they have in common. Many have lost contact with their roots and the old ways of their people.
This seems to be changing right now.

These people are role models to me, showing us a way of life that is about living close to nature, honouring and respecting all living things and living in the knowing that all is One.

Mother Nature has it all. She is always ready to talk and listen to you if you will allow for it to happen.
Native people know this and they treasure it in a natural and beautiful way. I honour these people and choose to learn from them and their traditions since I see their ways as the future ways for the rest of us.

I give all my love and respect to the native people on this planet.
