Struggling Not to Struggle

I’ve been in survival mode most of my life. Without knowing it to begin with, but along the way with getting to know myself also seeing how it all has been going on.  Old belief systems and programming now outdated, simply because they have served their purpose for me to come to this point in life.  Grateful for that I am. πŸ™‚

Now the last bits and pieces of it is being transcended. Very subtle energies that at times are challenging to find, but with the knowing of self combined with awareness and attention as well as help from seen and unseen friends, I can always find them. And I do.

Along the way one challenge for me is  not to struggle, since that is part of my old programming. This sometimes leaves me with struggling not to struggle πŸ˜‚

The trick to get through it for me is to have the awareness to be able to see what’s going on, take a step aside, laugh – or at least smile- at it and just accept the whole thing, allowing for it to be accepted with compassion. This realeases the energy and allows the process to flow freely for me.

It’s also awesome how quick this can shift these days, along with any healing needed.

I just love it❣

How to Trust

When we deal with changing and shifting deep, old programming patience and perserverance is needed along with compassion with ourselves to be able to transform and transcend.
Trusting has been one of my greatest challenges. Still there are many different aspects to it. For me putting trust into trusting the process of coming to fully trusting works as a meta trust and helps me getting to the state of trust I intend for.

And so the journey continues Β πŸ’šπŸ’œπŸŽΆπŸ™πŸ»
